It says you must "Freeze before use"

Are we really so dumb?
Do we really lack the basic intelligence to realise that a cooler brick would do bugger all unless we wacked it in the freezer overnight?

My ex wife worked at Kmart, a large chain dept store here in the U.S. She regularly got dozens of customers who brought back those "freezer bricks" every summer, saying they didn't work - and hadn't froze them beforehand!:) Freaking incredible!!
heh! it's up there with the instructions on my hairdryer which warned you not to use while sleeping....
Yup, it is freaking incredible!
those people may be even contributing to the gene pool.
And must remember to 'not' dry my hair whilst sleeping, hee hee!
